OCSA Portfolio Preparation

Our Portfolio Preparation Program is tailored to help students create a portfolio for their art school applications. At Da Vinci Art Studio, we provide a solid foundation for building a strong, compelling application to the conservatory of their choice.

Throughout our classes, you will develop essential skills in visual communication while exploring various mediums such as drawing, painting, illustration, and design. Our goal is to expand your creative potential and cultivate a better understanding of art and design processes.

The Visual Arts Conservatory at OCSA is a vibrant program for students in grades 7 through 12 who are passionate about exploring their creativity. Offering a blend of traditional and contemporary art techniques, students can dive into drawing, painting, ceramics, photography, graphic design, and digital media. With a focus on skill development and artistic expression, the conservatory provides a supportive environment where young artists can flourish and discover their unique voices.

The Martin & Cynthia Howard Design & Media Conservatory offers a dynamic experience to students in grades 9 through 12 who are eager to explore the exciting fields the digital world. Here, students engage in hands-on projects across various disciplines, including graphic design, animation, video production, and digital storytelling. The conservatory emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and technical skills, allowing young artists to develop their unique style while learning from experienced instructors. With a focus on innovation and real-world applications, students are equipped to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of design and media.

Design & Media


The Production and Design Conservatory at OCSA is an engaging program for students in grades 7 through 12 who are passionate about the behind-the-scenes aspects of performance and visual storytelling. Students dive into various elements of theater production, including set design, lighting, sound, and costume design. With a focus on creativity and collaboration, the conservatory encourages young artists to develop their technical skills while working on real productions.
